User policy
Hotelplug.ng is a hospitality service company that helps users discover, select, and remotely book local Nigerian hotels and apartments. We do not own, manage, or operate any hotel or apartment listed on our platform.
1. Service Scope
We provide curated hotel listings, booking assistance, and customer support to help users complete hotel reservations remotely. Final room availability and confirmation depend on the hotel or property management.
2. Listing Accuracy and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep listings accurate and up to date; however, hotel prices, images, room availability, amenities, and policies may change at any time. A listing on Hotelplug.ng does not guarantee room availability until it is confirmed by our live customer agents or the hotel.
3. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate booking details, arrive on time, and obey all hotel rules, regulations, check-in/check-out conditions, and local laws. Users are expected to behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property.
4. Limitation of Liability
Once a guest has been checked in, Hotelplug.ng shall not be responsible for any incident, injury, theft, loss, damage, dispute, misconduct, or service failure that happens within the hotel premises. Such matters are strictly between the guest and the hotel or property operator.
5. Payments and Service Fees
A service fee may be charged for booking assistance and live customer support. Hotel room rates and Hotelplug service fees may be separate. All payment instructions will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s own policy and the status of the booking. Service fees already used to process or confirm a booking may be non-refundable, except where otherwise stated.
7. Communication Consent
By using our service, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email regarding your booking, updates, or support.
