– We charge a **non-refundable service fee of ₦1,000** per booking.
– We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any property listed.
– We are not responsible for disputes between guests and property owners.

3. Booking and Payments

a. Booking Process**
– Users must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
– Confirmation of a booking is subject to property availability.
– Hotel-Plug reserves the right to cancel any booking if fraudulent activity is suspected.

b. Service Fee
– A flat service fee of **₦1,000** is applied to each booking.
– This fee is **non-refundable**, even if the booking is canceled or modified.

c. Refund Policy
– **No refunds** will be issued after payment is completed.
– In cases where a property cancels a booking, users may be eligible for a rebooking option (subject to availability).

– Guests must comply with the **rules and regulations** of the booked property.
– Any **damages, theft, or misconduct** in the property are the sole responsibility of the guest.
– Hotel-Plug **will not be liable** for any incidents involving guests at any property.
– Users must provide valid identification upon check-in as required by the property.

– Property owners/hotels must honor confirmed bookings.
– Any discrepancies in services (e.g., false advertising, poor conditions) must be resolved directly between the guest and the property.
– Hotel-Plug does not mediate disputes but may suspend listings with consistent complaints.

6. Limitation of Liability
Hotel-Plug acts only as a booking facilitator and **shall not be held liable** for:
– **Injuries, losses, or damages** incurred by guests at any property.
– **Cancellations, overbookings, or misrepresentations** by property owners.
– **Theft, accidents, or violations** of hotel policies by guests.
– **Government regulations or legal actions** affecting bookings.

Users and property owners agree to **indemnify and hold Hotel-Plug harmless** from any claims arising from their use of our platform.
